Booking Policy

General Policies

  • Our establishment is 21+
  • 15 minute grace period on all reservations unless front of house has been notified and confirmed otherwise
  • Reservations with deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 14 days of the event
  • Reservations may be changed with a 48 hour notice 
  • We do accept walk-ins and are more than happy to give you walk-in wait times if you call on the day during business hours.
  • We provide a maximum seating time of 2 hours per reservation. (Unless when booking our Lounge Experience)
  • Outside cakes or desserts incur a $25 cake fee
  • Only Card and Cash Payments are accepted.

 

Large Party Bookings

Maya Restaurant and Lounge is pleased to offer bookings for large parties of 8 or more. We ask that you try to give us at least 72 hours in advance to help to ensure a great experience. However, we know that last minute plans do occur and sometimes happen to be the best, so do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate your party:

Minimum Deposits, Bill Settlement

  • A 20% service charge will be added to all bills.
  • A minimum spend may be required depending on booking size or event requirements.
  • Deposits may be required in advance.

 

Minimum Spends

Thursday, Friday, Saturday Night & Sunday

For booth seating areas there is a minimum of 5 persons required for seating

There is a $55 per person minimum spend or bottle service requirement for these areas.

Please note that the minimum spend covers a range of offerings at our establishment, including bottle service, cocktails, food, and hookah. You have the flexibility to choose from our menu to create the best experience for your group.

  • If you suffer from any food allergy or intolerances, please let a member of our team know upon placing your order, however, we cannot fully guarantee that the food at our premises will be free from allergens.

 

Dress Code Policy

  • We kindly request guests to follow a smart/casual dress code policy.
  • No hoodies, tracksuits, sweats or flip-flops.
  • Door security and management reserves the right to refuse entry to you or any guests should you or they be inappropriately dressed.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before otherwise a cancellation fee will be applied by our reservation platform.
